Hotel Leela Ventures has zoomed 10% at Rs 27 after the Board of Directors approves to sell the company's IT Park Building in Chennai.
Hotel Leela Venture Ltd has now informed BSE that the company has executed on February 18, 2013 an agreement for sale with Reliance Industries Limited to sell the above said property for a consideration of Rs 170.17 cr
In the intraday deal, the stock opened at Rs 25.55 and made a high of Rs 28.25. Around 308,919 shares were traded in BSE.
