The stocks of companies engaged in the polymers and petrochemicals business have cruised along in the last three months from August to November on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE).

Share price of Bayers ABS rose from Rs 86.95 on August 2, to today's close of Rs 106.55, up 22.54 per cent on the BSE. During the same period the stock price of Bhansali Engineering Polymers increased from Rs 22.45 to Rs 22.55.

Chemplast Sanmar gained from Rs 22.05 to Rs 35.20 up 59.60 per cent. Narmada Chematur Petro surged from Rs 13.77 to Rs 21.00, up 52.55 per cent.

Diamines And Chemicals rose from Rs 20.80 to Rs 29.85, up 43.5 per cent. Share price of Finolex Industries increased from Rs 65.75 to Rs 66.80, Manali Petrochemicals from Rs 4.24 to Rs 7.32 and Rama Petrochem from Rs 1.75 to Rs 2.54.Shin Ho Petrochemical (I) firmed up from Rs 3.25 to Rs 3.47, TN Petro from Rs 19.10 to Rs 21.35 and Vinyl Chem rose from Rs 9.74 to Rs 12.84.The NOCIL stock rose from Rs 16.10 to Rs 21.35.
