Total market turnover on Oct 8 at Rs 1.3 lakh crore
NSE F&O turnover over Rs 1 lakh crore
The total market turnover on both the Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange was Rs 1.31 lakh crore (Rs 1.31 trillion) on Monday.
On the Bombay Stock Exchange, turnover in the cash segment amounted to Rs 2,457 crore while the derivatives segment registered a turnover of Rs 14,680 crore.
On the National Stock Exchange, turnover in the cash segment was Rs 11,852 crore while the turnover in the derivatives segment was Rs 1,02,516 crore.
