Transformers & Rectifiers India (TRIL) has rallied more than 5% at Rs 310 on reports that the promoters of the company are talking to prospective buyers to sell a part or majority of their stake.
GE and Crompton Greaves are tipped to be potential buyers interested in picking up a stake in TRIL, a Times of India report suggests.
The stock opened at Rs 294 and hit a high of Rs 311 on the NSE. A total of 598,205 shares have changed hands on the counter till 1019 hours.
