Smartinvestor : ICICI Bank has remained range bound at current levels for the past few sessions. What is your call on the stock for Jan options expiry?

Chetan Jain : ICIC Bank is not able to hold at higher levels and distribution is being witnessed around 1170-1190 levels. THose holding in cash in the portfolio can hedge by taking 1150 put options to avoid any major downsdie fall. Traders can also trade with 1200 as future stop loss for downside of 1150-1120 levels.

Smartinvestor : Maruti Suzuki has gradually gained from Rs 1,500 levels since end-December. What is your call on the auto major for Jan options expiry?

Chetan Jain : The stock is sustaining near its 52 weeks high territory and at every dip strong accumulation is seen suggesting inherent stregth in it. One can play with 1600 call@30 with limited risk of 7500/- per lot and unlimited rewards.
