 "12 out of 15 top data generators use Android device: Analysis")
Android is reportedly emerging as the originating platform for app data generation with 12 out of top 15 data generators using Android devices, according to analysts.
Mixpanel, an analytics firm has revealed that Spanish-speaking countries are the top data producers, while Android accounted for 74 percent of all data generated by apps in countries with Spanish as their native language.
According to Tech Crunch, 64 percent of all the mobile data from the top 15 data generators came from Android devices, and only three of the top 15 have a primarily iOS-using population.
Meanwhile, it is reported that iOS has a clear majority in France, Japan and The Netherlands, while Thailand showed an equal split between the two platforms.
