A Delhi Court on Wednesday will continue hearing cases filed against Indian Mujahideen co-founder Yasin Bhatkal, in connection with the 2008 serial blasts that took place here.

Earlier this month, the Patiala House Court had framed conspiracy and other terror charges against Bhatkal and one of his associates in connection with the 2008 serial blasts that left 26 people dead and 135 others injured.

The charges framed by the court include criminal conspiracy (120B) punishable under Indian Penal Code and various sections of Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act, including conspiracy for committing terror act (section 18) and being the member of a terror organisation.

On a related note, Bhatkal was arrested by the National Investigation Agency (NIA) from Nepal-India border region on the night of August 28, 2013.
