Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) chief Arvind Kejriwal criticized Bharatiya Janata Party for pressurizing the people of India with the burden of increasing inflation especially by raising water and electricity rates.

Addressing a press conference here today , Kejrival highlighted some of the issues which India is facing under the reign of Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) one of them being the problem of power and water crisis in Delhi.

"From past fifteen days Delhi is going through poor water and electricity condition . When AAP was there in Delhi the people were getting 24 hours water and electricity supply but in the past few days during the tenure of BJP Delhi is facing power and water crisis" said Kejrival. "We understand that BJP has come into power just few days ago but we demand to the BJP to solve water and electricity problem in Delhi," he added

Talking about the benefits AAP provided to the people during its tenure he said that "AAP reduced power rates to half and provided 2000 Liters water for free to the people of Delhi but as soon as AAP fell the then ruling Congress finished the subsidy and pressurized the people with the increasing water and electricity rates."

Kejrival ended with saying that the party will definitely raise these issues in the parliament.
