Aam Aadmi Party's Karawal Nagar MLA and Delhi Jal Board vice chairman Kapil Mishra will take oath as the Law Minister this evening.
Mishra's swearing-in ceremony will be attended by Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and other AAP leaders.
The move comes in the wake of Jitendra Singh Tomar's resignation as Delhi Law Minister after being arrested on charges of furnishing false degrees.
