Adam Lambert says being gay is not a disability

'American Idol' alum Adam Lambert took to Twitter to hit back at fans who say his sexual orientation is "sad".

According to the Hollywood Reporter, the 32-year-old singer was annoyed by the remarks and said that not be defined or victimized by his orientation, adding that it is not a "disability".

He added that he loves the people who understand and thanked them for their support.

Lambert will be the front man for Queen this summer, which will play in Seoul, Korea and Japan in August.
