Looks like Adele, who pulled off a very casual but amazing singing performance with James Corden in a car earlier this year, is 'rolling in the deep' for all the right reasons.

The 'Carpool Karaoke' video from 'The Late Late Show with James Corden' was the biggest viral hit on YouTube in 2016, reports the Daily Mail.

The popular video clip taken from the British talk show showed the 28-year-old songstress in conversation with host Corden and singing some of her best-known hits while riding shotgun on a drive around London.

The video, posted in January, has attracted more than 135 million views online, making it the top-trending clip on the Google-owned website for 2016.

The clip also shows the multiple Grammy-award-winner spilling coffee all over herself while belting out the infamous 'Spice Girls' track 'Wannabe' and even rapped Nicki Minaj's part from Kanye West's 'Monster'.

The 'Rolling in the Deep' crooner's segment topped the list ahead of 'Pen-Pineapple-Apple-Pen' which is a 68-second music video by Japanese comedian Piko-Taro.

Other top-trending videos of 2016 included the 'Lip Sync Battle' face-off between Channing Tatum and Beyonce and a segment from 'Last Week Tonight With John Oliver' in which the British comedian described the US President-elect Donald Trump as "America's back" mole.
