Two-time golf major winner Rory McIlroy has admitted that it will be a difficult week for him at the PGA Championship in Wentworth after ending his engagement with tennis player Caroline Wozniacki.
McIlroy, 25, and Danish former world number one Wozniacki, 23, announced their split on Wednesday.
The European Tour's flagship event at Wentworth starts on Thursday.
McIlroy and Wozniacki had announced their engagement on New Year's Eve, but in a statement issued on Wednesday, the Northern Irishman said he was not ready for "all that marriage entails", reports the BBC.
