AgustaWestland case: Court issues warrant against Gautam Khaitan, next hearing on May 9
A Delhi court on Tuesday issued a production warrant against accused Gautam Khaitan in the AgustaWestland case.
Enforcement Directorate (ED) told the Patiala House Court that some reports are awaited from the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) regarding other accused like Guido Haschke and Carlos Gerosa.
Among other accused, Christian Michel, Shivani Saxena, Rajeev Saxena, SP Tyagi and his three brothers were present in the court today.
Khaitan, an accused in the AgustaWestland case, was arrested by ED in connection with the case.
The court adjourned the hearing for May 9 in the case.
