Steven Gerrard's wife Alex has said that she will defy husband's wishes by going to the World Cup in Brazil to cheer him if the team gets to the late stages.
According to the Daily Star, the 33-year-old Liverpool star had recently admitted that he thought the WAGs presence to be a bit distracting back in 2006, and so when he left for the World Cup in 2010, he preferred his family to be away so that he could focus.
He will do the same in Brazil, added the English skipper.
But despite an army of WAGs being blamed for the team's poor result when they followed England to Germany in 2006, the 31-year-old beauty plans to go when the game starts in June, and could be joined by Wayne Rooney's wife Coleen, 27.
