Alia Bhatt thanks fans for showering love on 'Buddhu Sa Mann'

Bollywood's beautiful damsel Alia Bhatt is surely feeling over the moon, as her recently released song 'Buddhu Sa Mann' from her upcoming flick 'Kapoor and Sons' has amassed 1.5 million views within 24 hours of hitting the media.

Expressing her happiness, the 22-year-old actress took to her Twitter handle and shared a still from her song, captioning it as, "Wowwww soo much love so soon for our #BuddhuSaMann so so so happy #knsmarch18 @S1dharthM @_fawadakhan_ @shakunbatra."

Sidharth Malhotra also tweeted, "#buddhusamann party getting bigger and getting love thank u #KapoorAndSons #KNSmarch18 @chintskap @shakunbatra."

The much-hyped song shows veteran actor Rishi Kapoor in the role of a 90-year-old grandfather, who is seen partying hard with his Kapoor family and a cut-out of former actor Mandakini.

The song takes place on Rishi's 90th birthday, when the whole family comes together for the celebrations.

Sidharth Malhotra and Fawad khan who play the grandsons of the 63-year-old actor know that their grandfather is an fan of Mandakini and the brother duo can think of no better gift than the actress.

The movie highlights the problems of a dysfunctional family and also hints that the leading lady in the film Alia Bhatt could be the bone of contention between the two brothers as both fall for her.

Directed by Shakun Batra, the upcoming rom-com is slated to hit the theatres on 18th March.
