Allison Janney has won her fifth Emmy Award for her role as the jealous wife Margaret Scully in the drama series 'Masters of Sex'.
The 54 year-old actress grabbed the award for outstanding guest actress in the drama series at the 2014 Creative Arts Emmys, Contactmusic reported.
Speaking about her role, the American actress asserted backstage that the role was closer to her personality than most characters she had played earlier.
Janney has been previously awarded four times for her role in NBC's political drama 'The West Wing' as White House press secretary C.J. Cregg.
