The 'Britain's Got Talent' judge, whose popping nipple recently caused a stir in a skin tight green dress, said that she got to make sure all her "best assets" were protected as her career would suffer if anything happened to them, the Mirror reported.
Holden added that if it could be done for Kylie Minogue's bum, Mariah Carey's legs and porn stars' private bits then why not for her nipples.
