BJP President Amit Shah will today inaugurate a two-day national convention of Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha (BJYM)-the youth wing of BJP.
Lessons in 'nationalism' and the alleged raising of 'anti-national slogans' at the Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) are among the top issues likely to be taken up for discussion during the convention.
While, BJYM national president and MP Anurag Thakur will preside over the event, Union ministers like Smriti Irani and J.P Nadda are likely to address separate sessions.
The BJYM had last hosted a national convention in Uttar Pradesh in 2001 when current Madhya Pradesh Shivraj Singh Chauhan was its national president and Swatantradeo Singh, currently BJP state general secretary, was its state president.
