Next generation organizations have to respond to challenges instantly, if they have to succeed. Indians are the best to handle the dynamism aspect of an organization since, in India, we have a very diverse workforce from various ethnicities and backgrounds.
All that needs to be done is assessing and knowing who is best at what". He shared that when organizations are in the expansion mode, they need employees who can align their personal objectives with the organisation's objectives which is possible only if the employees are happy and satisfied.
He advised students to keep their eyes open, learn from the changes taking place around and pursue the goal of their life with honest intention.
