With an eye on the upcoming assembly polls in Bihar , Lok Janshakti Party leader Chirag Paswan celebrated Holi on Friday with family and friends, and praised the involvement of youth in state politics.
"I am very happy that the youth of Bihar want to enter state politics. Earlier, there was a trend where the youth was distancing itself from politics but since Modi ji has come into the limelight, the youth has been attracted to politics," Paswan told ANI.
"If I am able to play a part for the betterment of my state and country, if the youth see me as and enter politics, then I would be very happy. Our objective is to make sure that the future of the country is secure and for that, we all have to work together," he added.
The Bihar polls are scheduled to be held later this year after the tenure of the current legislative assembly expires on November 29.
