Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu on Tuesday met Union Water Resources Minister Nitin Gadkari and briefed him about the Polavaram Project.
"I came to brief (Nitin Gadkari) on Polavaram Project. I want to complete it at the earliest and he has given full support," Naidu told media after the meeting.
Polavaram Project is a multi-purpose irrigation project which has been accorded national project status by the Union Government.
The dam across Godavari River is under construction. It is located in West Godavari District and East Godavari District in Andhra Pradesh.
