The leading mobile OS Android is said to incorporate touch-ready Office before Windows.
According to TechCrunch, tablet-touch build of Office for Android will land before the touch-ready build for Windows.
Microsoft declined to comment on this issue.
However, Microsoft already offers an app for Android that includes Office capabilities called Office Mobile.
The expected touch-for-office is said to release in early 2015, the same time Threshold, said to be called Windows 9, is expected to release, the report said.
