Anthony Weiner has said he is not dropping out of the New York City mayoral race, despite new revelations that he sent additional lewd photos and text messages after he left Congress in disgrace for his previous online chats.
In a joint press conference with wife Huma Abedin, Weiner said he will forge ahead with the campaign despite the latest sex scandal.
According to the New York Post, Weiner insisted that Huma knew all the details of the new revelations and insisted it is behind them.
Abedein said it took a lot of hard work and a lot of therapy to save their marriage after the sexting scandal, the report said.
Thedirty.com reported that Weiner used an anonymous handle, Carlos Danger, and exchanged sexually explicit photos and XXX-online sex with the 22-year-old young woman for six months, it added.
