Archie Comics' co-CEO Nancy Silberkleit, who was accused of gender discrimination by her male employees, has said that white males aren't "members of a protected class".
According to the court papers filed in Westchester Supreme Court, Silberkleit's lawyer has claimed that the gender discrimination lawsuit filed by a group of employees should be disregarded, New York Daily News reported.
The papers have also claimed that the co-CEO used her gender as a weapon by yelling "Penis! Penis! Penis!" during a business meeting.
Silberkleit had earlier sued her liaison to the company and friend of 40 years, Sam Levitin, over alleged sexual advances, claiming that he turned against her for rejecting his 'unwanted and improper sexual advances'.
