After having a day full of rallies in poll-bound state of Haryana yesterday, Prime Minister Narendra Modi is today scheduled to address election rallies in Maharashtra.
According to reports, he will be holding rallies at Dondaicha, Erandol, Khamgaon and Nagpur.
Yesterday while addressing rallies at Faridabad, Prime Minister Modi stressed on the need to change the condition of women in the state.
He said, "We haven't even given a right to birth to girls, is this our culture? I want to ask my mothers and sisters don't our girls have a right to take birth in this state? We must change this situation."
Earlier in a rally at Kurukshetra in Haryana, Prime Minister Modi also launched a scathing attack on the Congress party saying that dynastic politics was a threat to democracy and urged the people of Haryana to vote for the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) in the upcoming assembly polls.
Haryana will go to polls on October 15 along with Maharashtra while the counting in both states will be held on October 19.
