Avril Lavigne released a new song called 'Fly' to support the Special Olympics and send an inspirational message to her legions of fans around the globe, after the singer herself is suffering with the Lyme disease.
The singer debuted the latest track during a guest appearance on Good Morning America and announced that all of the net proceeds would go to the Special Olympics, E! Online reported.
The 30-year-old believes that she would come out of this healthier and stronger than she was before, as have gained a lot of perspective on her life.
And while the Canadian-French singer was bedridden for five months, her time at home became the perfect environment to create, and focus on, new music.
