Azhar Mahmood, who has recently been appointed as Pakistan's interim bowling coach, has described his country's bowling attack as 'one of the best in the world'.

Despite losing the Asia Cup T20 clash against fierce rivals India by five-runs, Pakistan produced a spirited bowling performance, with fast bowler Mohammad Amir taking three wickets for just 18 runs while demolishing the opposition's top order.

Besides Amir, veteran paceman Mohammad Sami also provided him substantial support by bagging two wickets.

Labelling Amir as a proven 'match-winner,' the 40-year-old believes that the left-arm pacer along with Mohammad Irfan and Wahab Riaz makes the pace attack of his side look stronger, the Express Tribune reported.

Former Pakistan all-rounder further hailed the inclusion of Sami in the squad, saying that his presence in the team had brought variety in their bowling attack.

Pakistan will now lock horns with UAE in the sixth Asia Cup clash on Monday.
