The annual budget of Balochistan for 2018-19 will be presented on May 9, approved the Balochistan cabinet on Friday.
The cabinet meeting was presided over by Chief Minister Mir Abdul Quddus Bizenjo, reported Dawn.
The cabinet decided that the budget would be people-friendly.
Bizenjo underscored that his government was endeavouring to provide to the people maximum relief and facilities.
According to the report, the Cabinet also decided to cease relapsing development funds for the current fiscal year by April 27 and ordered all departments to send proposals for development schemes and projects for the next year to the Planning and Development Department by May 1, the report said.
