Swati Sharma who rose to fame with the superhit song "Banno Tera Swagger' in the film 'Tanu Weds Manu returns, has been hitting all the right notes lately. Currently in Paris, she has become the first Indian Singer to perform at the iconic Eiffel Tower.

Taking a dramatic turn from the style of singing she's known for, Swati has recently released a Cover of a English Song "Space" originally sung by American Singer Ally Hills. The cover is being widely appreciated by the audience and even Ally Hills herself has endorsed the cover by re-tweeting it to her followers. The Space song has a dark grungy feel to it and is a complete contrast to the ultra hip Banno Tera Swagger.

On the success of the Space cover Swati Sharma says, "In Bollywood its easy to get typecasted and I wanted to do something radical to break my image as the Banno Girl. After this cover song went viral, I have been getting a lot of offers to sing in English and collaborate with other English singers."

Space Cover also successfully breaks the myth that good Hindi singers cannot match the American accent vocals. Meanwhile, Swati is basking in her musical journey from the Rustic Haryanvi of Banno Tera Swagger to American Pop music and with gaining international followers hope she makes Hindi music more global.

Swati is not just making waves for her cover but also for her Pakistani song Maujoodgi. She has also lend her voice to opening song of a Pakistani serial Shaadi Mubarak Ho. Coming back to Bollywood, Swati had recently lend her voice for the movie Anaarkali of Aarah featuring Swara Bhaskar.

There is a bit of a good news for her fans as she will be soon be heard in an upcoming song from Teraa Intezaar "Sexy Barbie Girl" by T-Series and features Sunny Leone. Swati will also be seen as the judge on a musical reality show Ta Dhin Dhinna. As a matter of fact, she is the Youngest Judge till date on Anjan TV.

The Bano Tera Swagger girl is surely trying out new things and keeping her audience entertained and there are plenty of new upcoming songs that we will get to hear her in.
