Police in Barabanki, Uttar Pradesh, on Tuesday, confirmed the arrest of controversial 'godman' Baba Parmanand on charges of sexual exploitation of women.
They said that a first information report (FIR) had been filed against Ram Shankar Tiwari a.k.a. Baba Parmanand after several women filed complaints that accused him of sexually exploiting them in the name of treatment for infertility.
