Being neighbour to Irina Shayk comes with $3.3m price tag

A ground floor maisonette duplex at 166 Perry St., which is just next door to footie ace Cristiano Ronaldo's model girlfriend Irina Shayk, has been put in the market for 3.3 million dollars.

The one-bedroom flat comes complete with a Yamaha drum set in a basement soundproof music room, is in one of the most modern condominiums in the New York City.

The 2,500-square-foot flat that includes a Corian kitchen, two-and-a-half bath and 12-foot ceilings comes furnished for 350,000 dollars more, the New York Daily News reported.

Also, the French doors open up onto Charles Lane, a cobblestone street, which bordered the city's first state prison in the early 1800s.

The large pantry behind the kitchen has been covered with signed basketballs, sneakers and images of the owner shaking hands with former presidents.

The person, who buys the apartment, will also be neighbours with Hugh Jackman, Robert De Niro, Julianne Moore, artist Julian Schnabel, Amy Poehler, Calvin Klein and Daniel Radcliffe.

Douglas Elliman's Henry Hershkowitz, who shares the listing with partner Heather McDonough said that the owner has said that he will also give an autograph picture of President Clinton with the apartment.
