Beyonce, Jay-Z lose bid to Minecraft creator to buy $70m mega mansion

Beyonce and Jay-Z lost their bid to Minecraft creator Markus Persson to buy 70 million dollars mega mansion in Beverly Hills, California.

According to Curbed, it was all but expected that the music duo would win the bid, however they lost to Persson, the Verge reported.

Persson became wealthy after Microsoft bought the game for 2.5 billion dollars.

The posh mega mansion is outfitted with a candy room, a car showroom, vodka and tequila bars, a 54-foot curved glass door that opens onto the pool, eight bedrooms, 15 bathrooms, apartment-sized closets, and a movie theater.
