Bieber being sued by paparazzo over alleged restaurant assault by bodyguard

Justin Bieber has been sued by a photographer, who has accused his minder of locked him up in a restaurant.

Manuel Munoz, who claims in a new lawsuit that he was clicking photos of the the teen icon while he was leaving the SET Nightclub in Miami Beach, said that he was chased by the singer's bodyguard Dwayne Patterson into a nearby Subway eatery, the Mirror reported.

The photographer said that Patterson locked the restaurant door and cornered him in the bathroom, and demanded him to delete the images, before trying to remove the memory card himself all the while kicking and punching him, damaging his camera in the process.

However, a police report obtained by TMZ showed that Munoz said that he was tripped, which caused a "small scratch in his left knee."

He has sued Bieber and Patterson for unspecified damages.
