Bill Cosby's endowed professorship dropped by Spelman College

Following the sexual assault charges on Bill Cosby, Spelman College has now decided to drop the professorship endowed by the comedian.

An official of one of the most prestigious African American colleges in the US revealed that the William and Camille Olivia Hanks Cosby endowed professorship will be discontinued and all remaining funds will be returned, reported TMZ.com.

It is being said that the 78-year-old comedian was a big supporter of the all women's college over the years and the school has also acknowledged his contribution by honoring him at various times.
