Britain's most tattooed man has been refused a passport because of his unusual name.

Mathew Whelan changed his name to "King of Ink Land King Body Art The Extreme Ink-Ite" because of which he is not able to renew his password, the Mirror reported.

Body Art, as he is known for short, said that it is a breach of his human rights, because they want to put his birth name on his passport, even though that is not his name any more.

His driving licence already has his new name but when he applied to get his passport renewed and sent the 72.50 dollars fee along with, it was rejected.

He agreed that there should be limits, as to which names are acceptable for public documents, but at the same time they should be consistent and the policy should be clear.
