A private bus going from Bangalore to Chintamani caught fire on Tuesday.
The bus was reportedly carrying 40 passengers on board when it caught fire in the eastern part of the city.
The cause of the fire is yet to be ascertained.
According to reports, three people have been critically injured in the incident.
