Salma Hayek has admitted that she doesn't have time to do exercise, but still manages to stay fit by keeping her muscles activated all day.
The 'Everly' actress said in a recent interview that once a woman in London taught her to hold her body in a way where the muscles stay activated all day long and that's how she stays fit in her busy schedule, News.com.au has reported.
The 48-year-old Mexican-American film actress added that with the help of keeping the muscles activated i.e. restorative yoga she in a way work out even while brushing her teeth, without clenching them.
Hayek explained that after working for 20 hours per day regularly she's not left with any time to hit the gym and even doesn't have the habit of devoting some health time in the morning.
