The last hope of seeing Calvin Harris and Taylor Swift together has been shattered after the 'I Need Your Love' hit-maker confirmed the split.
The 32-year-old Scottish DJ recently took to his Twitter handle and revealed the news to his 7.49 million followers, writing, "The only truth here is that a relationship came to an end & what remains is a huge amount of love and respect," News.com.au reports.
The 26-year-old world-conquering pop star retweeted Harris's post, confirming two have called it quit.
The duo's breakup comes shortly after the music producer suffered from a car accident, causing him to cancel a few shows.
The pop power couple met each other late February of last year through mutual pal Ellie Goulding and then soon started dating.
