A University of Cambridge student's mom has taken the reins of finding a date for her son, who's busy with school work.
According to the Independent, the mother referred to herself only as 'Margot' and posted an advertisement for a "talkative blonde female" aged between 19 and 22, to be her son's companion for an upcoming May ball.
Putting the ad under the 'Jobs' section of Gumtree.com for students, she specified that females who have an "honest and sincere attitude toward this opportunity" should only contact her, and added that the expenses would be taken care of by them as the tickets for the event can cost up to 200 pounds.
The advert has received responses with students tagging their friends as possible candidates.
