Cameron Diaz has tied the knot with beau Benji Madden on January 5 at her Beverly Hills home.
Though the 42-year-old actress, who had consistently described herself as the 'not marrying types,' took vows with her Good Charlotte rocker beau in the presence of family and friends, Us magazine reported.
The guests included Reese Witherspoon, Gwyneth Paltrow, Samantha Ronson and Robin Antin, while Benji's nephew, Joel Madden and Nicole Richie's son, Sparrow served as the ring bearer.
Diaz's bridesmaids were Richie, Drew Barrymore, her sister Chimene and assistant Jesse Lutz.
Wedding planners Yifat Oren and Stefanie Cove arranged the event, which featured flowers from The Velvet Garden The companies were used by Diaz's longtime pal and costar Barrymore in her June 2012 wedding to Will Kopelman.
The couple, who had gotten engaged in December after dating for 7 months, had also celebrated with a rehearsal dinner catered by Lucques at the star's Beverly Hills pad a day before the wedding.
