Chaos erupted on Tuesday in an event where Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti was to address a gathering.
Mehbooba was to address an audience at Sher-i-Kashmir International Conference Centre (SKICC) but the whole event got cancelled as panic was created in the premises. The reason of the chaos is unknown.
"Women were present in large numbers and probably a lady fainted. Seeing that others panicked. Hope this programmme is organised again because it is an important event," said Mehbooba.
Attending the same conference, a girl namely Zeenat Zaira said that a girl complaint that somebody hit her with a stone from behind and the fear spilt in the room hence all of them ran from there.
