Brooke Mueller thinks that she has already won her custody battle against her former husband Charlie Sheen, it has been revealed.
Sources have told TMZ.com that they believe Mueller has gained the upper hand in the custody war after the 'Anger Management' star's foul-mouthed blustering against her, the judge, and the L.A. County Department of Children and Family Services.
The DCFS now believes that Sheen Charlie is inclined than ever to give Mueller full custody of twins Bob and Max and the judge will now award her even more child support.
