Charlie Sheen is apparently furious with his former wife Brooke Mueller's brother and attorney, Scott Mueller, for throwing cold water over his plans to spend Christmas with twin sons.
A source close to Sheen told Radar Online that Scott, who is the temporary guardian of the twins, had never agreed to let the 48-year-old actor spend Christmas time with his son's with Brooke.
The insider asserted that Sheen was telling people he was going to see the boys so that he wouldn't look bad for planning to take his porn star girlfriend, Brett Rossi, to Europe.
The source added that Sheen has no one to blame for not being able to spend Christmas with his kids but himself as he is clearly in yet another downward spiral, and needs help.
The former 'Two And a Half Men' star had recently lashed out at his former wives - Brooke and Denise Richards - on Twitter for not letting him see his kids on Christmas.
