Child Services denies Charlie Sheen permission to see kids
Charlie Sheen has now been denied by the LA County Department of Children and Family Services to see his kids, it has been revealed.
Sources have revealed to TMZ.com that the department contacted Denise Richards, who has temporary guardianship over Sheen's kids and told her that she was not allowed to take them over to the 'Anger Management' star's house for a visit.
The 48-year-old actor had earlier slammed the child services for not protecting his kids and for caring more about his former wife, Brooke Mueller, overcoming drug addiction.
