Chris Brown opened up about his behind the bars experience, describing it as "humbling."
Speaking to Billboard magazine in the first official interview post prison, the 25-year-old singer sad that he would expect his past with Rihanna to always shadow him, but insisted that he had really "matured" and moved forward, the Mirror reported.
The 'International Love' star, who's still on probation after assaulting Rihanna while they were dating, added that people would always bring the bad things up, but it shouldn't matter what they say.
And the singer, who even opened up about the strictly controlled jail routine where "isolation" actually gave him chance to learn from his mistakes, thanked God for letting his fans stay loyal to him.
Brown had recently pleaded guilty to assault post accepting a plea deal for allegedly hitting Parker Adams outside the W Hotel in October.
