Joan Rivers, who recently passed away at the age of 81, had thought that it would be "fabulous" to die during plastic surgery.
According to The Sun, the late comedienne said in a previously unpublished interview that she wanted more surgery immediately but she thought that she will probably wait a year because often at this age they put one down and one did not come back, the Mirror reported.
The TV host had said that it was always a concern that she was not going to come out of it but it was more significant to her to get the work done than her own "mortality" because she had a wonderful life.
The 'Fashion Police' host had jokingly said that it will be fabulous to die on the operation table because the publicity would keep the 'Fashion Police' re-runs going for years.
