All-rounder Chris Jordan is reportedly eyeing England's Test call-up on Thursday when they name their squad for the opening Test of the summer against Sri Lanka.
Jordan has reportedly impressed with bat and ball in ODIs since making his debut in the home series against Australia last year.
According to the BBC, England skipper Alastair Cook said that Jordan has done everything asked of him and given a massive nudge to the selectors, hinting that the all-rounder might end up with the side's Test squad.
Meanwhile, other England players who might make the cut include wicketkeeper Matt Prior, who has recently had Achilles trouble, Jos Buttler and Joe Root, the report added.
