Looks like Ciara does not want to cling on to her past with Future.
The American singer has dropped her 15 million dollars "false light" lawsuit against her former fiancee with whom she has a two-year-old son, reports TMZ.com
According to the documents, the case was dismissed with prejudice, which means she will not be able to re-file it in future.
For the unversed, the 'R&B' star filed a suit after Future ranted about her during a radio interview and proceeded to tweet that she was a bad mom and "b***h with control problems who allegedly would not let him see his son despite the fact that he paid child support.
The 'Ride' singer had filed a defamation lawsuit, but dropped it earlier this year when her legal team realised that she was raking in too much money to allege any damages.
The report further says that she appears to have reached a custody agreement with Future for their son Future Jr.
Presently, the 31-year-old actress has moved on to a life with her present husband and American football quarterback Russell Wilson and is also expecting a baby with him.
