Clint Eastwood has denied that he threatened to kill Michael Moore in 2005.

The 84-year-old said that he was upset with Moore's interview tactics with National Rifle Association leader Charlton Heston, who was ill at the time, ailing with Alzheimer's but he never threatened him, the Washington Times reported.

However, the 'American Sniper' director quipped that killing film-maker would not be such a bad idea.
