Minister for Chemicals and Fertilizers Ananth Kumar today said that the government proposes to form two joint ventures for the revival of closed fertilizers plants at Talcher in Odisha and at Ramagundam in Telangana.
He stated this after discussions he held today over this issue with the Minister of State (MoS) for Petroleum Dharmendra Pradhan, Secretary in the Ministry of Coal and CMD of Coal India Limited.
The Minister said an investment of about nine thousand crores is proposed to be made towards these projects.
